Terms of Use
Last updated April 17, 2026
By subscribing to Nūtral, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose — please actually read them.
The service
Nūtral sends a weekday news brief — a short audio brief plus a matching written summary — to the email address you give us. The brief is generated with the help of AI, and then reviewed automatically for obvious errors, but it can still get things wrong. Treat it as a starting point, not the final word.
The service is currently free.
Your account
You don't need a password. Managing your subscription (changing topics, unsubscribing) uses a one-time sign-in link sent to your email.
You're responsible for keeping access to that email. Anyone with access to your inbox can manage your subscription.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Sign up with an email that isn't yours.
- Try to interfere with the service or access it through automated means.
- Scrape, resell, or republish the briefs without permission.
Content and copyright
News headlines and snippets come from public news sources, which we link back to in every brief. The summaries and audio we generate are ours; you're welcome to share a brief you received, but please don't strip the links or republish it as your own.
No warranty
Nūtral is provided "as is." The briefs may contain inaccuracies. We do our best, but we don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nūtral is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Ending the service
You can unsubscribe at any time — every brief has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also delete your subscription from your account page. We may end or change the service; if we do, we'll give subscribers reasonable notice by email.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that meaningfully affects you, we'll email subscribers. Your continued use after an update counts as agreement to the new terms.
